Account Deletion Process
- Open YOUR_COMPANY.reqwestapp.com on your browser. Please make sure to replace "YOUR_COMPANY" with your company name
- Log in to your Reqwest account using your registered credentials.
- Navigate to the Account Settings section, in the user profile.
- Look for the "Delete Account" option below.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.
Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to back up any important data before initiating the deletion process.
Data Deletion and Retention
Data Deleted:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and any other identifiable information associated with your account.
- Usage Data: Information regarding your interactions, preferences, and activity logs within the app.
- Cookies and Tracking Data: Any cookies or tracking information used for analytics or advertising purposes.
Data Retention:
- We retain all the requisitions and associated data for the time that your company is a customer of Reqwest. Because this data is owned by your company, we will not delete it even if you delete your account.
